Business Agility
Agility, at its core, is the ability to quickly and efficiently respond to internal and external changes by reconfiguring strategy, systems, processes and structure, reallocating resources and deploying technology towards creating and protecting opportunities that sustain customer-oriented values.
In order to be truly effective, agility must be woven into the very fabric of the organization, this is driven by leadership’s vision, and best achieved via a dual top-down and bottom-up full-scale approach. That approach embraces the principles of agility and makes them a fundamental part of the organization’s culture and way of working.
