We are three years into implementing CWI's Agile Operational Framework encompassing the entire organization.
Using VersionOne (Now Digital.ai) as a central repository used by the Teams in every area of the business, CWI has built a Governance Model based upon Transparency, Visibility, and Iterative Adaptive collaboration across the organization. Our enterprise Agile implementation continues to present challenges to the organization, but these are met within the framework itself. Moving from a culture of hierarchical direction to one of self-directed teams is always a huge group lift, but CWI is making significant progress in all areas of the business.
