Jan is currently the lead expert on the Future of Work at Rabobank. In his role as an HR Innovation Manager, he is both a researcher, evangelist, project manager, and advisor on the impact of current and future developments on work. He has always been working in the cross-section between humans and technology, and recently, he was in charge of the research conducted at Rabobank on hybrid working, which has led to a decision from the Management Board to go full steam ahead on the hybrid working model in the bank.
