Konstantine joined TBC in 2023 as an Agile Coach. Since then he is involved in proactively coaching and mentoring teams in Agile, Scrum and continuous improvement practices to enhance their performance and contributing to initiatives aimed at reinforcing organizational agility in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Before joining TBC, Konstantine's career was rich in project management experience, holding various roles at both local and international companies. His positions included Head of Agile Project Management, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Senior Project Manager, among others.

In 2018, the bank decided to adopt Agile at scale, with Inga leading the transformation program right from the beginning. The initial phase of the transformation covered 8 tribes across different business segments and IT. Afterwards, Agile was introduced in Corporate, Risk and Operations.

Currently she is leading Agile Transformation Office (ATO), focusing on constantly continuous improvement and oversight of the Agile organization - 100% of delivery organization, 17% of the entire organization, with more than 1000 employees in Agile. In addition to that, she is managing different organizational processes such as QBR, Portfolio management, organizational changes and different transformation streams.

Previously Inga’s experience mostly was related to IT projects and Project management activities in banking industry, she was leading PMO office in Société Générale Group, JSC Bank Republic, Tbilisi, Georgia, before assuming the role of Head of PMO at TBC.
