Andrew Craddock
Andrew has been working with agile methods since 1997 and, as a consultant, trainer and coach, helping individuals and organisations adopt agile ways of working, since 2001. He has been a director of the Consortium since 2003 primarily helping shape and integrate our methods and frameworks for most of that time. Having spent a productive year as Chair – a year focused on initiating the consortiums journey to becoming a globally relevant professional body for business agility professionals – Andrew is pleased to be readjusting his focus back to the methodology aspect of consortium business as the Product Architecture Lead.

Today I help organisations get the best out of their technology teams, and I help align day-to-day operations with strategy, successfully lead teams through change, improve team performance, and much more. Before working independently I spent about 8 years at The Guardian, leading various digital functions there, and – in the very early days of the world wide web – at a web agency known for its technological innovation.

Judy Graham
Judy specialises in agile practices and over the last 20 years has operated in a number of different IT leadership roles, including: software delivery, agile coach, trainer and scrum master, always focusing on continuous improvement through the application of context sensitive agile approaches. She has significant experience with agile frameworks and practices having successfully planned, defined and managed the implementation of agile values and practices into a number of different organisations in support of an agile mindset.
At Maersk she leads a very active Agile Community of Practice that continues to support Maersk’s agile transformation though coaching, mentoring and training across the organization.

Paul Williams
With over 15 years of experience spanning multiple industries, Paul is a seasoned professional in driving change and delivering successful outcomes through project and product delivery.
Paul has obtained several professional qualifications in the field with his thirst for newer ways of delivering only ever growing. This has allowed him to design and deliver a wide range of training programs, both accredited and bespoke, providing individuals and organisations with the necessary tools to thrive in today's dynamic business landscape. His expertise extends to agile frameworks and methods, lean practices, and more traditional change methodologies.
At QA he creates, delivers, and improves training and consultancy programmes for clients on agile methods and concepts; whilst bringing new products to the marketplace.

Richard Campbell
To deliver on our mission to advance business agility worldwide, we develop and offer a range of knowledge products for agile practitioners and professionals. Richard's focus is building engagement with those using or potentially using our knowledge products to understand the challenges and opportunities to which we must respond. He seeks to understand what we can do to facilitate the adoption of agile principles to both improve delivery and the human experience when applying business agility. Richard's passion for agility translates to his life outside of work as a sustainable, ecological house self-builder, and advocate for social justice.

Katie Taylor
Katie has been a director of the Agile Business Consortium for 16 years and now leads this professional body as Chair. Through her background as a consultant and in academia, she launched the UK’s first Masters in Agile Leadership, and co-founded the Agile Research Network.
Fallon Taylor
Fallon is our Knowledge and Content Lead who is dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge as a gateway to personal and collective growth. Her role focuses on the creation of engaging content that educates, inspires and sparks curiosity.
With demonstrated experience in large organisations, Fallon is a logical thinker who identifies creative solutions for the intended audience. She believes in decisions that are data driven and represent what our audience is asking for. This involves collaboration with all other roles across the Consortium to ensure consistency in the value of content we publish.
In her spare time, Fallon has enjoys digital illustration, gardening, gaming and training with her Australian Shepherd, Arlo.
