Agility in HR SIG
The Agile Business Consortium believes effective business agility is built on the engagement of all disciplines, and none more so than HR.
HR is key to developing a culture where people and organisations can thrive. Talent development, a collaborative approach, empowered professionals, purposeful decision making – these are all issues critical to business agility and where HR can make a real difference.
The HR SIG is led by a steering group of volunteers who are committed to connecting HR more closely with the values and principles of agility.
This group runs events where topics are discussed so that thinking for this domain is taken forward.

Dragan Jojic
As a seasoned consultant, trainer and coach with more than 30 years of experience, Dragan has worked with many organisations in retail banking, insurance, engineering and product development. Organisations like these often talk a good story but fail to evolve in a meaningful and lasting way. Dragan’s approach is to start by helping them to articulate the impact they would like to have. With that clarity, he then guides and supports them to experiment with potential paths to success.

Jeroen Venneman
Jeroen has made it his mission to bring agile to the organisational level. He has a lot of experience in taking agile out of the ICT domain and making the connection with business and transforming departments like HR, finance and risk. He is the chairman of the Agile Consortium in the Netherlands and examiner for the Agile Master Certificate. With more than 25 years of experience in consultancy, training and coaching, no challenge is too big for Jeroen.

Myles Hopkins
Myles Hopkins is a business agility influencer and leads the business agility community in Africa. He is the founder of Be Agile and has been a globally respected consultant for the past 20 years.
Myles is a strategic systems thinker whose strength lies in seeing the bigger picture and understanding how that will translate across the full internal and external ecosystem that a client operates within.
He guides organisations to place the customer at the centre of everything they do whilst, simultaneously, enabling this through winning market strategies, focussed innovation, seamless and timely delivery, digital solutions and real-time business intelligence.

Natal Dank
Natal Dank co-founded PXO Culture, which offers learning, coaching and consultancy and specializes in people experience, HR and business agility. She is also Chief Trendwatcher at the HR Trend Institute and was named one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers of 2022 by HR Magazine. Recognized as a pioneer of Agile in the people profession, Natal hosted the first London-based Agile HR Meetup in 2016, which has since grown into a global movement reshaping the L&D and people profession. In 2020, Natal published Agile HR: Delivering Value in a Changing World of Work and in 2024 followed up with Agile L&D: A Toolkit to Improve Organizational Learning and Drive Performance. Natal is an Australian who lives in the East Neuk of Fife, where she runs a global business from the Scottish seaside.

Perry Timms
Perry Timms has over 30 years of experience in business change and performance, with the last 21 being in HR/Organisation Development. He ranked Number 1 in HR's Most Influential Thinkers 2022 (his 5th inclusion in that list) and is now in the HR Most Influential Hall of Fame and a 4x Engagement 101 Global Influencer. Perry is a 4x Guest Professor, a 2x author and a 2x TEDx speaker.
