Levels of Professional Status
Anyone working in an organisation of any size, or any sector, or industry can apply to become a Professional.
Level 1: Exploring - Factual Knowledge
A recognised approach to begin your business agility journey. At this level you will be at the start of your professional journey or new to business agility.
Ideal for: Those new to business agility with some work-based and/or team-based experience.
Level 2: Practising - Understanding and Using
An evidence-based way to prove your knowledge, experience, and practice across a number of competencies.
Ideal for: Practitioners who are gaining confidence in agility of thinking and working.
Level 3: Mastering - Refining and Adapting
An evidence-based way to prove your extensive knowledge, experience, and practice across a number of competencies.
Ideal for: Experienced practitioners who can showcase a growing range of good practice and delivery in agility of thinking and working and want to evidence their growing leadership skills.
Catalyst - Contextually Helping Others
An evidence-based way to prove your extensive knowledge, experience, and practice across a number of competencies including how you positively influence others.
Ideal for: Experienced practitioners who can showcase a growing range of good practice and delivery in agility of thinking and working. Experienced practitioners who are working across multiple teams, want to evidence their growing leadership skills and demonstrate their training and coaching abilities.
Thought Leader - Universal Synthesis and Influence
A unique way for thought leaders and experts to influence the field of business agility. It is an evidence-based way to prove your extensive knowledge, experience, and practice across a number of competencies.
Ideal for: Experienced, senior practitioners who can showcase a growing range of good practice and delivery in agility of thinking and working. Experienced, senior practitioners who are working across multiple teams, want to evidence their growing leadership skills and demonstrate their training and coaching abilities.
