Join us on October 9th to find out more about the Agile Business Awards 2024.
Entering the Agile Business Awards is a great way for your organisation to be recognised for innovation and achievement relating to agile ways of working.
This is a chance for you to showcase the changes you have made that are improving your organisation’s agility. Last year’s applicants also found great benefit in completing the application itself, a task which required reflection on the improvements to ways of working they could evidence. This evidence created strong applications and success stories.
Please note: all organisations applying received a feedback report from our independent review panels. These reports are a fantastic way to baseline where you are and plan the next steps!
We don’t doubt you are doing great things. In this session, we’ll answer your queries and explain how our awards application process helps you to tell your organisation’s story. We use the Framework for Business Agility as a lens to ensure all areas impacting and benefiting from agility are covered.
Excellence in business agility is made up of practices impacting leadership, culture, governance, customers, people, ecosystem and strategy. We want to make it as straightforward as possible for you to apply for an award, whilst protecting the rigour and value of the process.

Pamela Ashby
I’m a career marketer, qualified coach, Scrum Master, Agile Marketing & Leadership coach and trainer who’s worked with leaders and teams in large organisations to improve their agility. I set up the Marketing Agility Community Meet-up and was part of the team that updated the Agile Marketing Manifesto. For me, the Agile Business Consortium has an important role as an agnostic and inclusive professional body, advancing business agility worldwide. As Strategist, I’m happy to contribute to that goal. When not at my computer, I like to be outside – walking, gardening, and enjoying the English countryside.
